Positioning

Siddhapura Solo Energy manufactures precision solar mounting structures for utility-scale PV projects. Our product range covers horizontal single-axis trackers, seasonal-tilt mounting systems, ground-mount and rooftop structures, along with the structural steel components beneath them. Every system is produced on European-standard roll-forming lines at our Rajkot facility, and supplied to EPC contractors, developers and asset owners commissioning the next wave of solar capacity across India and abroad.

Solar trackers, single and dual axis.

Horizontal single-axis trackers in 1P and 2P configurations, tilted single-axis, agricultural variants, and dual-axis systems. Closed-loop control, ±60° tracking range, ±1° angular accuracy. Engineered for table lengths up to 160 metres.

Fixed Mounting

Ground-mount and roof-mount, fixed and seasonal tilt.

Ground-mount structures in fixed and seasonal tilt configurations, engineered for utility projects across every terrain. Roof-mount systems in flat, inclined and non-invasive variants, suited to industrial sheds and large commercial estates. Both galvanised steel and aluminium options are available, for coastal and inland sites alike.

Doctrine

Every Siddhapura structure is designed against thirty years of wind cycling, thermal expansion, dust ingress, hail and coastal corrosion. The reference point is the project's full service life, not the warranty period.

Slewing drives over-specified for the worst load case rather than the average. A controller written and built in-house so we own the firmware our customers depend on. Stainless fasteners at every interface that sees weather. Zinc-magnesium-aluminium coatings on the structural members.

Engineers prefer structures from manufacturers who design for the second decade of operation — not just the first.

At the storm threshold, the table flattens parallel to the ground. This is the lowest-drag posture a tracker can take, and our system has been cycle-tested for the wind exposure of the worst-rated installation sites.

Closed-loop control, redundant power supply, and remote diagnostics deliver a contractually guaranteed 99% availability across the operating life of the system.

Indigenously developed controller.

The tracker controller is designed, written and assembled in-house at Rajkot. It is fully Made in India, which means we own the firmware, the diagnostics protocol and the supply chain underneath both.

Multi-drive with torsional lock.

Multiple slewing drives per table with a positive torsional lock eliminate the resonant flutter that brings competing single-drive trackers down in long-table configurations.

Closed-loop control.

Every row reports its angular position back to the controller in real time. The system corrects for drift, frost and uneven foundation settlement on its own, without any site visit.

Ultra-long table design.

Up to 160 metres per tracker row. Fewer drive units, fewer foundations, fewer piles. Lower installed cost and a measurably faster construction schedule on utility-scale builds.

Fixed-price warranty extensions.

Extended warranty cover is contracted at a fixed price at the point of supply. No annual indexation, no surprise renewal premiums in year eleven or twelve.
